SCIENCE AND ACADEMIC COORDINATOR

As the Science and Academic Coordinator, you will play a central role on our team, where you will provide important administrative support that fuels our scientific research and academic pursuits. What we look for.

Education:

  • Associate of Arts/Vocational/Technical Degree in Business, Management, Communications or similar field is required.
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years of prior experience working in an administrative, clerical support, or related role is required
  • Prior experience providing administrative support for director or senior level leader is preferred

*Equivalent combination of education and experience beyond the minimum requirement may be substituted for qualification requirements.

Additional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Proficiency in MS office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc. is required
  • Must be able to provide high level of confidentiality given access to information is required
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage projects and flexibility to switch between on a frequent basis is required
  • Ability to demonstrate a high level of commitment to customer service is required
  • Ability to work independently and self-manage workload is preferred

Travel Requirements: Some travel required - approximately 10%. Ability to legally travel outside of the United States, particularly but not limited to Canada.

Location: Minneapolis, MN and is identified as hybrid (required to work in the office with the ability to work remotely part of the week).

Schedule: Some evenings and weekends required
