Neuroscience Sales Specialist

Amplity has exciting opportunities for pharmaceutical sales representative roles. As an Amplity employee you would receive a base salary, bonus opportunity, auto allowance, full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, short-term, long-term disability, life insurance, 401K, generous PTO, additional paid holidays, wellness program, and more. Employees can expect to be paid a salary of approximately $90K - $115K. The salary rage displayed may vary based on market data/ranges, an applicant's skills, prior relevant experience, certain degrees, certifications, and other relevant factors.

The Field Sales Representative is responsible for achieving the sales goals and objectives of the program. This is accomplished through engaging health care professionals (HCPS) in field interactions to promote assigned products and maximize product sales. The Field Sales Representative achieves this by developing and maintaining relationships with HCPs, key decision makers and achieving sales goals. The Field Sales Representative educates HCPs on the products' features, benefits, safety profile, and approved indications to ensure appropriate patient use. The Field Sales Representative utilizes approved tools for product promotion. The Representative will maintain a complete level of product, program, customer, and competitive activity knowledge.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ability to comprehend knowledge that includes disease state, product profile, clinical studies, and utilizing that knowledge to deliver information in a sale environment.
  • Demonstrate the ability to learn, analyze, understand, and effectively convey complex information.
  • Develop and execute territory business plans for assigned brands while achieving consistent sales growth within the territory.
  • Promote products ethically and within compliance, based on company's sales process and approved marketing strategy.
  • Develop and nurture professional relationships with appropriate HCPs and other healthcare professionals and office staff.
  • Achieve sales goals and drive appropriate utilization of assigned products through effective use of our client's sales mode and resources.
  • Leverage expertise and knowledge to anticipate and effectively manage business opportunities within their assigned territory.
  • Overcome access challenges with HCPs and key stakeholders within territory.
  • Demonstrate a results-oriented approach and effective time management skills.
  • Consistently record sales activity within CRM system
  • Utilize time and other resources to drive territory growth, leverage territory sales data to focus efforts on high value opportunities.

EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS

  • A minimum of bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college required.
  • Sales ability with a minimum of 1+yrs sales experience in pharmaceutical /or healthcare/ or business to business
  • Proven track record of consistent high performance in role
  • Self-motivated, driven, enthusiastic candidates with an eagerness to work as a team-player, a self-starter, and an independent thinker
  • Track record of high integrity and honesty
  • Possess the aptitude to work autonomously.
  • Ability to understand and communicate scientific and technical medical information.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for excellence and willingness to embrace competition.
  • Demonstrated success in persuasion and ability to influence.
  • Effective administrative / organizational skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Candidates must be able to successfully pass background, motor vehicle (must possess a valid U.S. driver's license and a safe driving record) and drug screen checks.
  • When necessary, travel overnight including within territory, to conferences, training, and sales meetings.
  • Colleagues in customer-facing roles within our Commercial and Medical Solutions teams may be expected to maintain required credentials, including vaccination status. This ensures compliance with standards for patient and colleague safety
