Union Employee

POSITION PURPOSE: The Union Employee at Old World Industries is responsible for the manufacturing and supporting of our finished goods. This is a production-oriented position and requires physical labor, including long periods of standing, repeated motions, and frequent lifting.

• Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment.
• Conduct routine quality checks to maintain product specifications.
• Follow operating procedures to meet production goals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor operational issues.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency.
• Coordinate usage of materials, packaging, etc.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Record and report production data as needed.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.

• HS Diploma or GED Preferred
• Basic understanding of production processes and machinery.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift/move heavy objects.
• Willingness to work in a team-oriented environment.t
• Familiarity with safety regulations and protocols.
