Job Summary: The Director of Process Innovation for Behavioral Health Integration is responsible for the development and implementation of new or improved processes, methods, or systems within Behavioral Health Integration to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and the quality of services. This position contributes to Bay Cove's mission by its support of a programming which provides access to services that address the needs of community members most impacted by deleterious social determinants of health. This position is exempt. Essential Functions of the Position:
Analyze current processes and recommend changes to how work is performed, the sequence of activities, the utilization of resources, and the overall structure of processes to drive improvements, optimize operations and deliver better outcomes
Coordinate and manage all activities related to the procurement, implementation and operation of all new and existing Behavioral Health Integration programs
Develop workflows to ensure that all Behavioral Health Integration program plans and activities are executed in keeping with the funding requirements of a variety of funding sources including SAMHSA, MassHealth, and others.
Support project sponsors and all relevant stakeholders in the development project scope and objectives with analysis of resource needs, funder and regulatory requirements, and technical feasibility
Develop detailed project plans as needed for program procurement and program improvement to monitor and track progress
Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, schedule adjustments, and progress
Collaborate with BHI's Project Evaluation and Quality Analyst to ensure continuous quality improvement in all BHI programs
Collaborate across programs and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for shared process improvements
Ensure compliance with all grant requirements, licensing requirements, and ethical protocols
Other responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required, preferably in a field related to project management, Master's degree preferred
3-5 years proven working experience in project management, Project Management Professional certification preferred
Experience in working with non profit organizations whose mission is related to providing services to individuals with complex behavioral health challenges strongly preferred
Professional writing and oral communications skills.
High degree of personal organization, attention to detail, and time management skills.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Email and Apps.
Use of personal cellular telephone for work communication.
