The Salvation Army Mission: The Salvation Army, an international movement, is an evangelical part of the universal Christian church. Its message is based on the Bible. Summary/Primary Purpose: Plans, implements, supervises youth members and evaluates activities provided within a specific program area. Builds and maintains a professional relationship with all youth and their families to help advance the mission of The Salvation Army. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Supervisory Responsibilities: Volunteers Education and/or Experience: High school diploma or GED required. Previous work in related field with Children and Youth preferred. Qualifications: The requirements listed below are representative of the minimal knowledge, skill, and/or ability required for this position.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Basic First Aid and CPR Certification (or ability to obtain within established time frame) Physical Requirements: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Limited amount of physical effort required associated with walking, standing, lifting and carrying objects (50 lbs.) Working Conditions: The work environment is a business office setting with office equipment, light traffic and moderate noise levels.
