What you'll do

We are looking for a Solution Consultant (SC) Intern to join our Solution Consulting organization. This intern will play an important role in our Solution Consulting team assisting in a variety of projects and tasks related to the delivery of the solution consulting demos and supporting content to our internal teams. This paid internship is for Summer 2025.

This position is an individual contributor role reporting to Lead Solution Consultant.

Responsibility

  • Learn Solution Consulting Skills that include: discovery, building demos, delivering product demonstrations, objection handling, and answering technical product questions

  • Complete impactful projects, individual and group, for initiatives driven by the Presales Organization

  • Assist the Presales Organization with program improvements and various initiatives to update and up-level employees

  • Attend meetings with the SC and Sales teams to understand the various programs we are implementing and maintaining in our Sales organization

  • Research, analyze, interpret, and present patterns and trends in the Presales Organization


Job Designation

Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

Positions at Docusign are assigned a job designation of either In Office, Hybrid or Remote and are specific to the role/job. Preferred job designations are not guaranteed when changing positions within Docusign. Docusign reserves the right to change a position's job designation depending on business needs and as permitted by local law.


What you bring

Basic

  • Be located from a commutable distance to a Docusign office located in Seattle or San Francisco for the summer
  • Currently pursuing a degree in engineering, computer science, or business and enrolled for one quarter or semester following intern role
  • Junior standing
  • This role is not eligible for sponsorship or CPT

Preferred

  • Currently enrolled in an accredited university
  • Familiarity and comfort level working in Microsoft Office tools and Google Workspace Apps
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, proficient project management skills that enable you to take an assignment and successfully implement in a given timeline
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to learn new applications quickly - Zoom for web conferencing, Slack for communications and collaboration, Salesforce.com, Content Management System, BI Tools, Docusign Web Application
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience taking initiative to complete projects and tasks and delivers high quality work
  • Comfortable working with and collaborating across various organizations
  • Willing to network and learn new skills
  • Video, script, content creation, and editing skills

Wage Transparency

Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:

California: $28.00/hour - $35.00/hour base salary

Washington and New York (including NYC metro area): $28.00/hour - $33.00/hour base salary
