Administers, plans, directs and evaluates the activities of the employees to ensure quality patient care. Develops and executes strategic plans, analyzes and reports practice operations, monitors billing performance and overall financial and operational performance of all Cardiac Services. Develops goals, policies and procedures. Participates in performance improvement activities. Qualifications Education and Work Experience
Minimum of five years of prior experience managing in a healthcare setting that includes implementing operational plans and analyzing financial and quality data. Prefer previous experience managing Cardiac Services in an acute care (inpatient/outpatient) or in a Physician Practice setting.
