Generally, employees are expected to work three or more days in-office each week with flexibility depending on their business, client and team needs. Job Description: What Is in It for You: Reporting to the Senior Managing Director, Capital and Treasury, you will oversee the financial management, reporting, and compliance of compensation plans across SLC Management and its affiliates. This role requires strong expertise in financial accounting, regulatory compliance, and strategic financial planning related to compensation structures. The ideal candidate will take ownership of developing and implementing robust compensation systems and processes, collaborating closely with HR and business partners. This role is crucial in ensuring accuracy and timeliness across all compensation-related activities, spanning individual, legal entity, and consolidated levels. This role is initially structured as a two-year build position, focused on establishing and optimizing compensation finance systems and processes across SLC Management. Upon successful completion of this build phase, the individual will have the opportunity to either continue leading the team in enhancing processes and procedures and providing deeper insights, or explore other leadership opportunities within SLC Management. Job Category: Salary Range 135,000/135 000 - 220,000/220 000The Base Pay range is for the primary location of the job. It may vary depending on the work location of the successful candidate or other factors. In addition to Base Pay, eligible employees participate in various incentive plans, payment under which is discretionary and subject to individual and company performance. Certain sales focused roles have sales incentive plans based on individual or group sales results.
