Job Description Vanir is seeking a Project Director with proven leadership quality and strong communication skill who can build on our continued success in the transportation sector. Reports to Senior Executive Director/Transportation. At Vanir we understand the need for modern, efficient, and reliable infrastructure. Vanir provides support services for highways, roadways, airports, railways and ports. We have a long track record of success, and Vanir provides all essential elements throughout the life of the project. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: The Project Director duties include both Business Development and Project Delivery. The Project Director assists in identifying and pursuing transportation projects in California. The Project Director also provides the planning, coordination, and direction for project management activities to ensure they meet owner needs, specifications, cost, and schedule, from initial project identification through construction closeout. May supervise office/field administrative staff, project/field engineers, assistant project/construction managers, and other assigned staff. This position will report to Vanir's Senior Executive Director/Transportation Lead. Business Development:
Attends industry-related associations, events, networking opportunities and collaborations.

Offered rate of compensation will be based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including education, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. The Salary range for this position is $180,000-$215,000.
