Salary: $10,000 - $13,000 monthly (W2)

Now is the time to bring your research expertise to this role for a Fortune 500 Solutions Integrator where success and fulfillment go hand in hand. You'll be at the forefront of helping businesses transform their cloud, data, AI, cybersecurity, and analytics to ensure they are future-ready.

As a MicrosoftTeams / Skype for Business Application DeveloperviaInsight, you'll act as a mentor and role model to less experienced colleagues to educate them on technical and non-technical concepts. You will also participate in development opportunities in addition to generating new ideas for changes and improvements to existing intellectual property (IP), technologies, and processes for designated customers/partners. The successful candidate will drive opportunities for IP reuse, best practice sharing, and consumption acceleration. In addition, you will proactively identify gaps through delivery and communicate those gaps to others. Apply subject matter expertise to develop new IP that fills identified gaps. Along the way, you will proactively develop technical and professional learning and development plans in alignment with and support from management.

As a Microsoft Teams / Skype for Business Application Developer you'll get to:

What you will need to succeed:

  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on, technical experience in Modern Workplace solutions - deploying, administrating, and/or supporting any of the following:
    • Microsoft Teams, Skype for Business Online, Telephony (Inbound Voice Routing, Call Queues, Number porting), Unified Communications solutions that include VoIP, IM, real-time communications, UM, such as OCS/Lync/Skype for Business/Microsoft Teams, Jabber, Zoom, Cisco WebEx or related. Strong preference for experience with MS Teams application.
  • Strong preference for experience with Microsoft Teams Apps development, deployment, and governance experience required i.e. Bots/Chatbots, Tabs, Messaging / Meeting Extensions, etc.
  • Experience with SharePoint and/or Power Apps Development a huge plus.
  • Enterprise support for Microsoft Teams, including implementation, administration, and troubleshooting, including presentations, training and workshops.
  • Hands on experience working with SFB 2015/2019 Server, Microsoft Teams Exchange Online or On-premises in a support or consulting role.
  • In-depth knowledge of supporting and complementary technologies, such as AD Azure, ActiveDirectory Connect and PowerShell.
  • Knowledge of networking, TCP, options, related tools like Wireshark or Fiddler is a nice to have.
  • Experience as a problem solver - you see obstacles as interesting challenges to overcome, not a reason to quit.
  • Working independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated aptitude for providing extraordinary customer service in politically charged environments.
  • Advanced Microsoft certifications preferred.
