Maintenance Electrician or Maintenance Technician LME

Who we are looking for:

We are currently searching for an experienced Maintenance Technician to be based out of Molalla, Oregon. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the Maintenance Technician will be responsible for maintaining production and quality by ensuring operation of machinery and mechanical equipment.

The ideal candidate will have an Oregon Limited Maintenance Electrician (LME) license and 3 years experience performing mechanical/electrical/preventative maintenance in an industrial manufacturing environment.

What you'll do:

Maintenance Technician's responsibilities include, but are not limited to:



  • Follow diagrams, sketches, operations manuals, manufacturer's instructions, and engineering specifications to troubleshooting malfunctions.
  • Test, locate, and repair trouble in electrical circuits and equipment; perform electronic equipment repair and troubleshooting; repair and replace broken or defective parts; repair electrical motors, parts, wiring and other electrical devices.
  • Repair and maintain existing electrical installation on or in an existing operable plant and commercial building.
  • Use knowledge of principles, methods and equipment in the installation, maintenance and repair of electrical systems and electronic equipment.
  • Control downtime by informing production workers of routine preventive maintenance requirements.
  • Work within team environment with minimum supervision.
  • Perform inspections of building and equipment required by regulatory agencies.


What you'll bring:



  • Oregon LME license strongly preferred.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience performing electrical/mechanical maintenance in an industrial/ manufacturing environment, or equivalent.
  • Experience with installation of machinery and equipment as well as dis-assembly.
  • Adaptable to changes in the work environment, comfortable with multiple competing demands and able to deal with frequent change, delays or unexpected events in a calm and logical manner.
  • Must supply own hand tools and toolbox.
  • Able to lift and/or move 50 pounds unassisted.
