Maintenance Technician ($23.00+) Platteville-Park Place Senior Living

Pay:

$23.00 per hour plus - based on experience

Hours:

Minimum of 32 hours per work week, possibility for more hours if desired.

Duties:

Provide maintenance support (repairs and improvement projects) to a 76 unit senior living campus located in Platteville. Other tasks may include inspections, repairs to electric, plumbing, lighting, hardware, TV, locks and safety systems. Light travel may be required to help out at other assisted living and memory care facilities managed by ElderSpan. We offer mileage reimbursement on those occasions.

• Ability to perform plumbing, electrical and HVAC repairs, as well as carpentry, painting, dry-wall repair, and snow removal.
• Ability to handle on-call emergency services on an as-needed basis.
• Valid WI driver's license and a favorable driving record.
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions in English.
• Lift/carry up to 50 pounds. Support up to 100 pounds.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician, preferably in residential property management.
