Position Details: Determine and present the appropriate "Grainger Value Proposition" to each account and review how Grainger can add value and help with each account's purchasing needs. Compensation Data: This position is salaried and will pay between $58,300 to $87,400 (plus potential to earn additional incentives) The range provided is a guideline and not a guarantee of compensation. Other factors that are involved in offer decisions include, and are not limited to: a candidate's experience, qualifications, geographical area, and internal equity of the team. This position is eligible for participation in our sales incentive compensation program in accordance with the terms of the applicable sales incentive plan.Grainger reserves the right to amend, modify, or terminate its compensation and benefit programs in its sole discretion at any time, consistent with applicable law.
