Position Summary Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer with direct access to the Executive Chairman and Founder, the Head of Marketing will be responsible for developing a cohesive strategic marketing vision and execution plan to drive stronger brand awareness, voice, reach, relevance, impact, influence, conversion, and analytics, to achieve AccuWeather's objectives of growth, profitability, and visibility globally. The Head of Marketing will be responsible for overseeing, planning, organizing, staffing and executing all marketing activities. This includes advertising and promotional campaigns, websites, branding strategies, marketing of new products and services, public relations, event marketing, social media, and CRM programs. The Head of Marketing will play an important collaborative role working cross functionally with members of the Executive Team. This person will have the key responsibility for developing consistent messaging and training to increase the effectiveness of sales efforts, partnerships, and channels.
