Location: Denver, CO Employment Type: Exempt, Regular, Full-Time Manager Position: Yes Reports To: General Counsel or designee Travel: Up to 10% Summary of Functions Forgen's legal department is looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to be a part of our collaborative team. You will assist the legal department and project management staff with contract documentation and keeping our projects functioning effectively within our policies. You will champion contract policy and procedure revision and improvement. We are looking for a high performer who has exceptional communication skills and is adaptable, team-oriented, and operates with a high degree of integrity. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
