The Cook is primarily responsible for prepping and producing menu items for Plateia Restaurant guests and in-room dining items for LCC hotel guests. The incumbent interacts with team members and clients in a high-volume restaurant environment. The Cook may also assist the LCC Banquets team based on business needs. |
