Aon is looking for an Executive Administrative Assistant III!

What the day will look like

As part of the Operations team, you will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.

  • Calendar management: Scheduling meetings, events, and appointments, and ensuring the executive's time is balanced.
  • Communication: Organizing phone calls and emails, screening inquiries, and handling queries from managers.
  • Discretion and confidentiality: Acting tactfully and maintaining confidentiality when dealing with confidential information and delicate situations.
  • Time management and prioritization: Planning appointments, events, and travel.
  • Executive support and assistance: Providing support and management of the executive's business affairs and helping them manage day-to-day administration and operations.
  • Reporting: Preparing regular reports and updating internal databases.
  • Office management: Developing suggestions to optimize office management and solve problems.
  • Extensive Travel Arrangement and Expense prep and follow up.
  • Policy review: Reviewing the company's policies and creating, COUPA request and payments.
  • Building strong relationships and collaborating effectively and Taking meeting minutes.

Skills and experience that will lead to success

  • Strong planning, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • 6+ years of experience supporting C-Suite.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Expertise with Microsoft Outlook, Powerpoint, and Word
  • Attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to learn and utilize new and unfamiliar software and technology.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or 3+ years equivalent proven experience

Pay Transparency Laws:

The salary range for this position is $62,000 to $70,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location.
