Responsibilities

**SIGN ON BONUS ELIGIBLE**

Carry out general maintenance functions to assure clients and staff a safe and comfortable environment.

  • Required Technical Skills, Knowledge and Abilities
  • Ensure that high standards of safety are developed, met and maintained at the facility
  • Ensure that facility and grounds are maintained in accordance with relevant regulations, agency standards and fiscal considerations
  • Ensure that equipment and furnishings are maintained in a safe, operable condition and / or arrange for replacement
  • Arrange for or provide training for staff and clients as relates to safety and maintenance topics.
  • Perform all job functions in a safe manner to minimize risk of injury to self and others.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years building systems maintenance experience
  • Current driver's license

Preferred Qualifications

  • Vocational or Technical Training
