PICU

Equiliem Healthcare is seeking experienced healthcare professionals with documented NICU Level III and PICU skills. This position requires availability for 2 out of 3 holidays, with all requests needing approval before signing. The role includes an auto offer and requires working every other weekend (Saturday and Sunday).

Candidates will be part of the Float Pool and should be prepared to float between NICU, PICU, and, if needed, PEDS/NBN. Patient assignments will be based on the skill set, and patient ratios will vary based on acuity.

• 1.5 years of experience required
• Charting System: EPIC
• First-time travelers are accepted
• Certifications: BLS, PALS required; NRP highly preferred
• Scrub Color: Navy Pants, Peds Top
