Position Overview Power your future with Qualus as a Human Resources Manager. Our Human Resources Manager will be responsible for owning and executing important initiatives across various aspects of human resources, including onboarding/offboarding, benefits, HR compliance, organizational design, organizational development, compensation, performance management, training, and employee relations. Ideal candidates will be locally based out of our Headquarters in Lake Mary, FL and will have Multi-State Employment Law experience. Responsibilities The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of HR Practices and Employment Law, have an ownership attitude, and view no task as too large or too small. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for driving talent and business outcomes for leaders and teams in multiple States. They will collaborate with leaders and the U.S based HR team to understand business objectives and challenges and use data to inform potential solutions that propel our business forward!
