THIS POSITION HAS AN ON-SITE REQUIREMENT. Role Overview: The Asset Liability Management (ALM) Analyst supports the Director of Finance by ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations through data analysis and accurate reporting. Responsibilities include preparing quarterly ALM reports, conducting stress tests, balance sheet management, and assisting with ALM modeling and financial forecasts for budgeting and strategic planning. The analyst also prepares liquidity stress testing, deposit studies, and various reports for ALCO, while providing support for regulatory exams and monitoring cash positions, investments, and borrowings. Key Responsibilities:
Essential Qualifications: Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting or related field. Three (3) to five (5) years of ALM experience in the financial services industry. Previous experience with budgeting and forecasting preferred.
