Cooperative Development & Grower Relations WHO WE ARE: The Grower Relations Team is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with the Cooperative's Grower-Owners, providing support, resources, and guidance to help them grow high-quality crops and sustainably manage their farms. We work closely with our Grower-Owners to ensure the success of the harvest season, address any concerns or challenges that may arise, and promote best practices in agricultural production. We play a crucial role in fostering collaboration and communication between the Cooperative and its Members, ultimately contributing to the overall success of and sustainability of the organization. This is a great opportunity to gain exposure to a variety of departments as well as a broad understanding of how a renowned agricultural cooperative operates. WHAT YOU WILL LEARN & WHAT YOU WILL DO: The Grower Relations Intern will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in the agricultural industry and learn about the operations of a leading agricultural cooperative. You will work closely with the Grower Relations Team to support and assist in various aspects of grower relations:
