This job is responsible for solution strategy, execution, and lifecycle from conception to launch via collaboration with clients, executives, engineering, marketing, sales, and client experience. The scope of this job includes managing teammates, ensuring solutions address market needs and align with corporate strategy, and defining strategic direction and vision of solution roadmap to meet revenue and client satisfaction goals.

You will collaborate with Enterprise leaders to translate strategic vision into defined product plans that enhance and expand our platform strategy, helping transform WellSky into a leading technology provider, supporting health care providers and payors across the care continuum.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive strategic direction of product development; ensure consistent execution of solution lifecycle processes from concept to launch within established line of business/solution scope.
  • Lead end-to-end product development, leveraging AI/ML technologies to innovate and improve our product offerings.
  • Drive pricing and packaging development for new and emerging solutions and services.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with VP of Solutions/General Manager to manage solution P&Ls.
  • Help define go-to-market strategy; support Sales and Marketing to maximize penetration into targeted markets.
  • Ensure effective partnerships across the team with Product Marketing and Client Experience to evaluate client experience and areas of opportunity.
  • Annually update a 3-year vision/strategy document for areas of responsibility, and ensure business opportunities are surfaced for annual budget planning.
  • Lead a team, either through direct reports or a matrix model, responsible for solution delivery.
  • Conduct comprehensive market analysis, create, and justify complex business cases and make decisions regarding product rationalization.
  • Perform other job duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • 8-10 years related work experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 4-5 years people management work experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in a relevant field.
  • Proven experience in leading end-to-end product development.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Experience in the healthcare technology sector.
  • Experience with AI/ML model development and implementation.

Job Expectations:

  • Willing to travel up to 20% based on business needs.
  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed.
  • Must work in accordance with applicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client information.
  • Must be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time.
