Requirements
Maintain client satisfaction with delivery of Facility Management services and support programs to increase customer satisfaction
Support compliance with Jones Lang LaSalle minimum audit and compliance standards in facility management, financial management and operational policies and procedures
Meet or exceed site Key Performance Indicators (KPI's); monitor Service Level Agreements (SLA's) monthly to identify potential challenges and plan corrective actions accordingly
Enforce all Company policies and training requirements regarding safe and efficient operations and work practices
Implement and monitor hazard control and team safety practices, ensure compliance with local codes and regulations and Jones Lang LaSalle operations standards
Demonstrate strong collaboration and teamwork within the account team, by including driving the development and implementation of IFM best practices and innovations
Support work order management for in house staff and vendors as necessary.
Support facility soft services as needed and directed such as: meetings preparation, conference room reservations, food services, parking, vending, and badging
Day-to-day operational management of the soft services on-site
Ensure that contractors legislative, regulatory accreditation and licensing are maintained for the facility.
Daily management and supervision of on-site contractors.
Ensure all health, safety and environmental requirements are fulfilled prior to work commencement.
Ensure all works activities are carried out within agreed timelines, while ensuring safe systems of work are adhered to.
Implement and manage the most effective operational and service strategies incorporating industry best practice and innovation that ensures business continuity for the client while achieving the cost savings specified.
Manage all site documentation and records are kept in clearly identified and retrievable systems.
Confirm that all Risk Assessment, Safe Plan of Actions, and Method Statements are in place and are adhered to at the place of work.
Clarify that all statutory inspections are planned and executed within agreed time scales
Ensure that CMMS activities are carried out within the agreed time scales and all relevant assets are identified with job plans.
Recommend improved ways of working to achieve goal of continuous improvement and best practices.
Establishes strong relationships with the client's business units to build trust, understand their needs and consistently exceed client expectations for on-site meetings & events.
Demonstrate expertise in managing high profile meetings and events with senior executive participation including detailed project planning and support.
Collaborate with key support partners/capabilities to ensure frictionless experiences (IT, A/V, facilities management, catering, etc.)
Responsibility for the management of a wide range of on-ground issues & to provide timely inputs to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Highly familiar with the service structure, including responses to requests for assistance on Facilities Management issues from Client staff and arrangements pertaining to all operating expenditures.
Ensuring an adequate supply of materials and service for the proper operation of the buildings and entering supply and service contracts as approved by the client.
Any other specific arrangements (experience centers / town halls) to be made for the visit need to be informed well in advance for venue availability and necessary clearance from facility Admin to organize the same. Ensure compliance of regulations / requirements of JLL management.
Assist with the re-sourcing of other aspects of JLL's operation as required.
Handle Food and Beverage Operations.
Conduct internal audit for food and beverage vendor.
Ensuring an adequate availability and supply of consumables relating to Pantry, Housekeeping services and Stationery.
Ensure the serviceability of all machines related to pantry and kitchen services.
Minimum 3 - 5 years' experience in building services or Contractor Co-ordination
Ability to develop Teamwork through leadership / people management.
Customer and results focused.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
High degree of accuracy, attention to detail and organization
Practical knowledge of ERP system
Proficient inMicrosoft Office Suite(Incl: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access, Visio)
