Through proactive initiatives focused on enrollment growth, increasing applicant engagement, and improving retention and completion rates, Enrollment Navigators and the Strategic Enrollment office engages with students and removes barriers towards degree and non-degree seeking programs at the University of Colorado Denver. As a part of the Strategic Enrollment team, Enrollment Navigators are primarily focused on engaging with prospective and incoming students in two-way conversations and presentations that provide information, support, and guidance as new students navigate the enrollment process. This position provides enrollment counseling while collaborating with various campus offices and partners to provide a seamless student enrollment experience. The ideal candidates should be able to demonstrate a working knowledge of higher education, recruitment and admission procedures, registration, financial aid, student billing operations, new student orientation and advising practices. Compensation and Benefits The salary range (or hiring range) for this position has been established at $50,822 - $52,000 The salary of the finalist(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, internal equity, experience, education, specialty and training. The above salary range (or hiring range) represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. This position is not eligible for overtime compensation. Your total compensation goes beyond the number on your paycheck.
