Environmental employees are assigned to one of our many U.S. locations, likely in a manufacturing facility, to help support innovation, process efficiency, equipment reliability, and quality assurance, with a large overarching focus on compliance, safety, and health. When considering and selecting location preferences, candidates should consider those facilities in which they're willing to work for the duration of their time as an intern, in addition to where they'd be interested in receiving a full-time offer from, should they perform well.

What You Will Do

While participating in the summer internship program, you will:
* Be assigned to a manufacturing location and become an integral part of the facility team while working with an experienced mentor.
* Receive hands-on training and practical application of environmental practices at GP, along with exposure to business and manufacturing processes.
* Participate in activities to drive environmental excellence and sustainability.
* Understand, develop, and apply [1] Principle Based Management.

At Koch, interns gain real-world, hands-on experience, with the opportunity to tackle significant projects, problem-solve, and take ownership of their work.Alongside your day-to-day role, the Koch Intern Program offers an opportunity to learn more about Koch, our people, Principle Based Management, and the local community you will be working in, all while growing your network. Through weekly learning sessions, location-specific programming, and professional development, we aim to help every individual grow and learn how they can best contribute. Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
* Enrolled in a degree or alternative program. (e.g., 2-year technical college program, certificate program, upskilling program, etc.)
* Eligible for full time employment on or before Summer 2027
* Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship
