Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, and Project Industrialization), ensuring the seamless integration of industrial Master Data into our systems (ERP, SES) and much more."

We'll look to you for:

  Being the Key User for Industrial Information System Tools: ERP, SES,

  
  
• 
  

  Performing tests before implementation or update,

  
  
• 
  

  Ensuring the data migration and eventually piloting the data rework,

  
  
• 
  

  Training the users,

  
  
• 
  

  Participating in the Key Users network,

  
  
• 
  

  Defining the data work plan,

  
  
• 
  

  Interfacing with Project Industrialization for BOM requirements,

  
  
• 
  

  Piloting the implementation of data in the systems: M-BoM, P-BoM, Routings, Work Centers, Tooling, Purchasing File,

  
  
• 
  

  Ensuring the consistency of data between the different systems,

  
  
• 
  

  Managing the impacts of engineering and process changes in the systems

  A degree in Engineering, Technical or related sciences,

  English read, written, spoken,

  Experience or understanding of Manufacturing Engineering with 5 years' experience preferably in the railway services,

  
  
• 
  

  Knowledge of Engineering design and Supply Chain basics,

  
  
• 
  

  Familiarity with IS common tools,

  
  
• 
  

  A certification or strong experience in working with an ERP (such as SAP) for Bill of Materials, Routings, Configuration management,

  
  
• 
  

  Other skill needed: Ability to perform data migration and conduct user training,

  
  
• 
  

  Other skill needed: Proficiency in defining data work plans and interfacing with Project Industrialization for BOM requirements,

  
  
• 
  

  Other skill needed: Capability to manage engineering and process changes in the systems,

  
  
• 
  

  Other skill needed: Skills in conducting audits and ensuring the accuracy of P-BoMs,

  
  
• 
  

  Other skill needed: Continuous improvement mindset to update and correct data based on audits and field feedback
