Could you be the full-time onsite Project Industrial Manager for P&CRO in New Castle, DE, US we're looking for? Your future role Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive industrial management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside dedicated, innovative, and collaborative teammates. You'll ensure the robust application of industrialization processes and standards for maintenance, renovation/modernization, or warranty activity at the Depot, Repair Centre, or Production site(s) to secure production deliverables. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (Engineering, Quality Assurance, Supply Chain Management), manage Tools & Industrial data, and much more. We'll look to you for:
Identifying industrial means required to perform the component repair/overhaul operations, as well as key competencies,
Evaluating CAPEX and OPEX to perform the operations,
Evaluating the workload for industrialization, manufacturing, and testing,
Defining industrial PIO, and industrial layouts,
Lead the industrialization of technical documentation, respecting the Standard Manufacturing Process & Standard Manufacturing Line guidelines,
Document the processes of the required industrial deliverables: Macro-process, Work Instructions, implementation of the workstations, Bill of Material, Task Sequence,
Define the Industrial documentation and processes,
Provide inputs to Industrial means and tools requirements for project execution activities,
Implement the Project Make or Buy strategy in all deliverables

Degree in Engineering, Industrialization, Operations, Industrial, or Supply Chain Technical education,
Experience or understanding of Operations, Industrial or Supply Chain department activities, with a preference for experience in the railway industry,
Familiarity with reading and interpreting schematics and drawings,
Knowledge of data management and analysis,
Technical experience of Methods Engineering, including writing and improving manufacturing and/or maintenance work instructions,
Experience in working with an ERP system (such as SAP) for Bill of Materials, Routings, and Configuration follow-up,
Working knowledge of Quality and Health & Safety standards and systems,
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage projects effectively,
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders,
Proven problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing environments,
