Analyze Policies, regarding Business and Technical Continuity
• Performing research and data analysis to identify business trends and relevant issues
• Drafting program requirements based on research data
• Drafting and revising procedural documents
• Documenting all program changes
• Evaluating program and operational effectiveness
• Collaborating with Program Managers to develop and implement new programs
• Tracking performance metrics across the organization
• Presenting recommendations to management and other stakeholders
• Performing data validation and quality control checks to show adherence to study protocols
• Validate and provide recommendations to improve contingency design and business processes
• Drafting new or revised policies and procedures
• Assisting program managers with the development of budgets and schedules as well as tracking metrics
• Assessing and advising on potential issues related to costs, schedules, and performance
• Advising program managers with regard to planning, testing, and implementing new programs or systems
• Identifying and resolving issues and problems.
• Planning, analyzing, and evaluating the effectiveness of operations and programs
• Preparing and presenting reports and recommendations

• Expert experience in directing teams and discussion with team of various levels
• Expert Knowledge applying Best Business Practices, Industry standards, key concepts, factors and risks based on conversations and document these in clear and concise narrative or graphic reports
• Experience Analyze Policies and Business and Technical Continuity
• Experience Conducting research, analyzing data, identifying trends, and preparing reports
• Experience Determining program requirements and making recommendations
• Ability to analyze programs, policies, procedures, and systems and making recommendations to optimize these

Education:

• Master's Degree in the Business Discipline PLUS 15 Years of experience
• Ten (10) years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education

Clearance:

• The ability to pass a Tier 2/Moderate Background Investigation

Location:

• Remote, USA
• Monday - Friday (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM CST)

Pay Range:

• The pay for this position ranges from $72,730 to $93,500
• The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location
• Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation, such as bonuses
