Project Manager Responsibilities: - Support the development and implementation of a marketing intake process for handling marketing requests - Create, maintain and enforce workflows using Monday.com (or similar project management tools) - Serve as primary liaison between Strategic Communications & Demand Generation and cross-functional teams - Assist in project planning and resource allocation - Track project deliverables, ensuring progress is reported to stakeholders and team members - Analyze project needs, identify gaps, define capabilities, and propose solutions - Document meetings, track next steps, and follow up on outstanding tasks - Foster strong relationships across the organization, acting as a trusted resource - Ensure project lifecycle milestones, approvals, and deliveries are met on time - Provide critical thinking and creative problem-solving in a fast-paced work environment Requirements for Project Manager: - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred - Proficiency in Monday.com or similar project management tools - Strong organizational and communication skills - Ability to manage multiple high-volume projects simultaneously - 2+ years of experience in corporate in-house marketing or agency work preferred - 2+ years of experience in creative development maria.ertmer@qpsemployment.com QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the Midwest.
