The Master Scheduler initiates, integrates, and oversees the production of OTECH schedules. Schedule inputs are self-generated as well as provided by both internal and external sources. The candidate will be responsible for all aspects of creating and maintaining a resource loaded Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) to provide the basis for the Earned Value Management System (EVMS) time phased budget and estimate to complete cost data for projects. In depth IMS project skill will be required to facilitate meetings and work one-on-one to ascertain project activities, resources, requirements, predecessors, successors, impacts, milestones, etc. They will construct and maintain the plan daily, run reports, and generate various views in MS Project and/or Primavera P6 and supervise the work of other schedulers. Duties & Responsibilities
ESSENTIAL * Responsible for applying scheduling theory to develop and maintain a resource loaded IMS as the basis for the EVMS in compliance with EVM standard EIA-748 and best practices as in the Planning and Scheduling Excellence Guide (PASEG). Qualifications
REQUIRED * Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of prior relevant experience. DESIRED * Masters with years of prior relevant experience. Additional Information
