Evoke is seeking an IT Business Process Improvement Specialist to join our team!

Responsibilities

  • Log and triage incoming service requests, resolve issues or escalate, as appropriate
  • Compile help desk metrics to provide recurring and ad hoc reports (i.e., customer service performance and problem resolution)
  • Support analysis of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats (SWOT)
  • Gather stakeholder data (e.g.: requirements, strategic goals/objectives, current business processes, and pain points/areas for improvement)
  • Support development of communications materials, business process workflows, usability testing, and engagement plans
  • Support continuous process improvement:
    • Interview stakeholders, capture and analyze requirements, and develop recommended plans of action
    • Draft Current and Future diagrams of business processes - depicting departmental/functional, systems, data, documentation and subprocess dependencies
    • Develop and maintain supporting documentation (e.g.: user guides, cheat sheets, and system help prompts and screens)

Requirements

  • Minimum of seven (7) years of relevant experience
  • Experience using Jira/Confluence and ServiceNow, required
  • Experience supporting DHS and/or other federal agencies, with a cybersecurity-related mission
  • Strong organizational and communication skills

Education

  • Bachelor's degree, preferred
  • Security+ and/or CASP certification

Security Clearance

  • Active SECRET clearance, required

Work Location

  • Onsite - Springfield, VA
