If you are graduating between December 2024 and June 2025, we encourage you to apply for our Analyst Program today. Your knowledge and skillsets will bring a fresh perspective to our team as you engage in a immersive experience. Here's what you can expect:



Essential Duties

* Gain on-the-job experience: Working on a high-performing team in your business group, you will gain in-depth experience as an analyst. You will begin to build your analytical and interpersonal communication skills by actively participating in your team's day-to-day activities.
* Receive professional support: You will be matched with a colleague who will be available to answer your questions, help you through challenging situations, and give you feedback throughout the course of the summer. You will also have the support of your cohort to support you through your analyst experience.
* Benefit from a virtual speaker series: TCW's top leaders will provide insight on how to make the most of your TCW experience, share their career paths, tips and advice, while also sharing trends in the financial and functional spaces they work in
* Build your network: We promote community involvement and networking with other full-time analysts both within TCW and within the financial industry. You will have the opportunity to create lasting professional relationships, build your network, and take advantage of a diverse workforce.



Required Qualifications

* An undergraduate or graduate student with an expected graduation date between December 2024 to June 2025
* Cumulative GPA is 3.0 or above
* Ability to effectively collaborate with others, exhibit integrity, possess intellectual curiosity, demonstrate leadership potential, and express a passion for the markets
* Excellent communication skills
