Who We're Looking For: Are you ready to jumpstart your career in engineering and leadership? Atkore is seeking dynamic, driven, and innovative Engineering students to join our Atkore Leadership Development Program (ALDP) Internship. If you thrive in a team environment, possess strong leadership skills, and have a knack for problem-solving with a strategic mindset, we want you on our team. This 8-10 week summer internship for 2025 offers a unique opportunity to work at one of our U.S. locations, contributing directly to projects that matter. This position comes with a highly competitive wage of $24 per hour!

What You'll Do:



  • Innovate: Design and contribute to the development of new products, bringing fresh ideas to the table.
  • Optimize: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine standard work processes, sharing best practices along the way.
  • Implement Lean: Apply Lean principles like 5S and Standard Work to ensure efficiency and excellence in all our processes.
  • Problem-Solve: Tackle and eliminate chronic issues using advanced problem-solving techniques.
  • Drive Improvement: Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance our manufacturing processes and overall efficiency.
  • Hands-On Learning: Gain real-world experience in process control, protocol writing, and validation of new/improved materials.
  • And More: Dive into a variety of tasks and projects that will challenge you and help you grow.


What You'll Bring:



  • You're an Engineering student graduating by Spring 2026.
  • You have experience in leadership roles, whether in school, extracurricular activities, or other organizations.
  • Familiarity with SolidWorks or similar 3D design software is a plus (bonus points for hands-on experience!).
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.


We do not offer relocation assistance or housing for our internship program.
