Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to assist customers in setting up an efficient Advanced Mobile Leak Detection and Methane Emissions Reduction (AMLD) Program, while providing analytical support in interpreting survey data for optimization of leak and methane emissions reduction and prevention. The work model for the role is remote. #LI-Remote Relocation assistance not eligible for this role. This role is contributing to the Process Automation Measurement & Analytics division. You will be mainly accountable for: * Working independently using solid competency in ABB's AMLD technologies, tools, and methods to determine and develop ways to enable customers to operate them effectively. * Define customer goals and technical requirements for an effective AMLD program * Understand basic GIS requirements and help customer develop a streamline process for pipeline assets * Assist in creating efficient workflow to streamline processes with customer systems such as GIS, compliance systems, integrity programs, and work orders. * Collaborate with customer's drivers and investigators to address any field concerns or processes * Deliver customer specific workflow procedures to ensure continued success * Align data deliverables with customer's expectations and operational resources (millhouse configuration) * Ensure timely remedy of technical issues through internal resources Our team dynamics You will join a talented, high performing} team, where you will be able to thrive.
Qualifications for the role
- Bachelor's degree required with 8 years experience
- 2+ years related work experience with advanced methane leak detection programs either at an end user or a service provider
- Experience with data interpretation and analysis, PowerBI preferred
- Basic understanding of natural gas distribution operations and PHMSA regulatory requirement
- Up to 50% domestic travel
