$20 - $25 per hour to start (growth opportunities available)
        
Monthly bonus potential: $800 - $1,000

Job Responsibilities
        

        
Install residential windows and doors to company standards
        
Work with a Crew Leader to maintain clean and safe job sites
        
Organize tools, equipment, and company trucks
        
Follow safety guidelines and installation procedures
        
Complete daily tasks as directed by the Installation Manager
        
Qualifications
        

        
1+ year carpentry or residential remodeling experience
        
Window installation experience is a plus, not required
        
Ability to read a tape measure and use hand tools
        
Metal brake experience is a plus
        
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
        
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
