Provide general overall Facilities Coordinator services including continuous monitoring of the safety, comfort, and functionality of multiple facilities. Handle routine facility management operations including working with JLL Engineers, landlords and contractors to complete assigned tasks and other duties as assigned. Manage the data in the CMMS to include the work orders, customers, financial, assets, service pros, users and reports.
Area of Responsibility: Provide general overall FM service to the South Portfolio of properties utilizing JLL Engineers and 3rd party contractors. Perform day-to-day oversight of the CMMS work orders, from original request to final invoice Validate the information in the CMMS database Assists with the onboarding of 3rd party contractors Assist with the collection of data for client meetings Utilize SharePoint to create and update initiative trackers Resolves problems associated with landlord responsible issues Financial experience to include processing of invoices, assisting with budgetary requests, analysis, and reporting Provide general overall FM service to the South Portfolio of properties utilizing JLL Engineers and 3rd party contractors. Provide escorts for contractors, visitors and leadership Participate as a key team member in responses to emergency situations Provide direction/informationto our client, facilities staff, service providers and Landlords as required to ensure excellent coordination/executionof work Qualifications Education/trainingAssociates degree in facilities management, business, or another related field 5+ years' experience with facilities management or property management Professional designation in facilities/property management preferred Skills and knowledgeCMMS experience is required Proficient in MS Office, specifically in Excel and SharePoint Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Communication skills to include interface with client, contractors, landlords, fellow employees, and visitors Superior customer service skills Ability to always maintain professionalism under stressful situations Ability to plan and manage work under time constraints Ability to multitask and work without direct supervision Ability to find solutions to enhance current processes Strong organizational and time management skills Physical work requirementsMust be able to lift a minimum of 25 lbs Ability to spend much of the day on his/her feet |
