Job Title: Contracts Manager Job Location: Portland, OR (Hybrid) or Westiminster, CO (Hybrid) Our Department: Global Software Governance What You Will Do As a Contracts Manager, you will report to the Sr. Manager within Trimble's Global Software Governance organization. You will primarily support the Licensing, Global Sourcing and Global Component Management divisions of Trimble in reviewing, negotiating, and administering vendor contracts and other related documents for Trimble's vendors and partners, including inbound Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) agreements, consulting agreements, data processing addendums (DPA's), non-disclosure and event agreements. You will be expected to work independently with internal business clients using templates and playbooks to review, modify and negotiate inbound vendor agreements that adhere to company requirements. You should be a highly collaborative person who is able to provide proactive and creative solutions and strategies that are responsive to the needs of internal business clients including IS, sourcing, business segment, marketing, risk management, privacy and security teams. In a hybrid role, you will work with your manager to establish a mutually agreeable schedule for your time working in the office based on the position and the business need.
