As a Sr. Customer Care Representative you will handle inbound service inquiries, create leads, and sell new services from these contacts. THIS IS A SERVICE + SALES ROLE. This is a remote job opportunity, so you'll never have to leave the comfort of home as long as you have a distraction-free workspace with reliable internet access and the ability to connect your equipment to an ethernet outlet (25Mbps download & 5Mbps upload speeds) you will be just fine. Job Responsibilities
Handles both residential and commercial customer calls/correspondence for service, scheduling, bill payments and billing inquiries turning great service into revenue generating contacts
Offers creative Home Inspection leads to all customers that qualify
Identify the needs of current and new customers and offer products to close sales and generate revenue and commissions
One call resolution; using all available resources to resolve customers issues
Cultivates and maintains on-going customer relationships
General knowledge of the organization, products, and/or services
Excellent verbal communication skills with ability to overcome objections and ability to de-escalate situations
Uses computerized system for identifying customer needs, tracking contacts, information gathering, and/or troubleshooting
Communicates with branch personnel to resolve service and scheduling issues
Initiates outbound customer service calls for various campaigns
Assist with collecting payments that have gone to collections due to non - payment
Job Requirements
High school diploma or GED
Combined 1-2 years of sales and customer service experience
Ability to use computer related technology
Basic knowledge of Google Suite and Microsoft Windows
Ability to type 25 wpm preferred
Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Must be able to meet the standard KPI required metrics
Ability to maintain professional communication and remain efficient in a fast-paced environment
Good problem-solving skills
Ability to work flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
Must be dependable and consistently punctual for all scheduled shifts
A private home office/workspace suitable for working remotely during scheduled shift
Broadband internet (25Mbps download & 5Mbps upload speeds) with ability to hardwire via an Ethernet cable
Child / dependent care as necessary during the hours of scheduled shift

Express or exchange ideas with others using spoken word, quickly, accurately, and at an easily audible volume, and receive detailed information through oral communication at usual speaking levels without correction, and/or make fine discriminations in sounds in the environment
Incumbent is required to have:
Close visual acuity to perform detail-oriented activities at distances close to the eyes, as well as visual acuity to perform activities at or within arm's reach with skill, control and accuracy, such as preparing and analyzing data, viewing computer screens and expansive reading
