The primary responsibility of the Operations Trainer is to support the Operations Training Manager in executing their tasks, namely identifying Operations training needs to increase a company's productivity and ensure adherence to Corporate Policies/Procedures at the individual level, developing and executing educational workshops and ensuring individual knowledge retention through ongoing skill auditing, re education, and supporting performance review evaluations.
The primary responsibility of the Operations Trainer is to support the Operations Training Manager in executing their tasks. This includes, but is not limited to: Support and/or work with Manager of Field Engineering to: Create technical training programs for operations based employees and other applicable leadership positions: Position desired to be Indianapolis based with an approximate estimated 12 weeks of travel per year max for trainings and site visits.
