Job Description:


Summary

This internship is a project-based assignment. The role provides an excellent opportunity for the selected intern to work with cross-functional teams, support projects while gaining hands-on experience in an environment that will increase your industry knowledge and skill base for future employment.

Essential Functions

The type and focus of projects and work will be specific to the assigned organizational area and may include:

*Assist in the evaluation of processes, conducts research focused upon best practices, and makes data-driven recommendations for process improvement and actions.

*Gather and analyze technical and cost data to determine feasibility.

*Support technical projects and/or systems; solves technical challenges and system issues.

*Monitors and ensures achievement of project goals, objectives and timelines.

*Help prepare for and participate in presentations and meetings.

*Communicates project status.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

*High school diploma or State-issued Equivalency certificate.

*Bachelor's degree.

*Enrolled in a Graduate program or recently completed a Masters degree.

*Skilled in the use of Excel.

*Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.

Preferred Qualifications

*Working towards or recently completed a Graduate (Master's) degree focused on Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Finance, and/or Economics.

*Experience conduction market research and/or business analytics.

*Excellent written/oral communication and presentation skills.

*Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Compensation:

Hiring Hourly Rate: $30+

Actual compensation amount paid may be lower or higher to be determined by factors other than race and gender such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
