What you will be doing:



  • Follow up on all service details for Bartenders.
  • Maintain work areas clean and organized.
  • Maintain cleanliness of bar area by wiping down surfaces, sweeping and mopping, scrubbing coolers and storage areas, removing soiled glassware and emptying trash.
  • Report all unsafe conditions immediately.
  • Ensure bar is well-stocked with ice, liquor, wine and beer.
  • Stock areas with linen, glassware and silver.
  • Complete all opening and closing side work, as assigned to include restocking the bar with garnishes, syrups, straws, napkins and all other necessary items.
  • Assist Bartenders in servicing the guest.
  • Take orders, prepare drinks, bus tables, open tabs and process payments.
  • Stock bus station, as assigned.
  • Attend required meetings.
  • Communicate with manager before leaving shift.
  • Complete other duties as assigned by supervisor, to include cross training.



What is required:



  • Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit, where applicable.
  • Read and speak English fluently.
  • Meet minimum age requirement of jurisdiction.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other employees.
  • Prefer six months to one-year experience.
  • No employee will pose a direct threat to the health/safety of self or others.
