Key Position Details: Our Primary Care providers partner with our Mental Health service line and the Penny George Institute for Health and Healing to provide whole person care in the clinic setting. The Apple Valley clinic is searching for a Family Nurse Practitionern to join its team. Here you will be part of a 48 member team including the service line specialties of Urgent Care, CKRI, community pharmacy, ortho, podiatry, cardiology, pulmonology, general surgery, ENT, audiology, Ob-Gyn/Midwifery, urology, nephrology, diabetic education, clinic pharmacist, Mental Health, high tech imaging yet able to access the full spectrum of specialty care across the Allina Health system. Actively participates in multidisciplinary team approach to case management. Utilizes quality improvement tools to develop processes that promote continuous improvement in delivery of patient care, patient outcomes, or workflows. May participate in peer review and quality assurance. Job Requirements Master's degree Completion of accredited Nurse Practitioner program required Licensed Physician Assistant - MN Board of Medical Practice required upon hire BLS Tier 1 - Basic Life Support - Multisource required within 180 Days Certification as Physician Assistant - NCCPA National Commission on Drug Enforcement Administration upon hire required Physical Demands Medium Work: Lifting weight Up to 32 lbs. occasionally (Allina Safe Patient Moving Policy), Up to 25 lbs. frequently Pay Range Pay Range: $129,400 to $144,900 per year The pay described reflects the starting base pay range, assuming a full-time FTE. Your starting rate will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience, education, and the union agreement (if applicable).
