Description

Pavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated Technician to join our fire business unit.

Primary Responsibilities:



  • Make physical service calls to customer locations to troubleshoot, repair and program fire alarm and burglar alarm panels
  • Complete service calls as efficiently as possible
  • Communicate with supervisor on call results, issues, problems, etc.


Basic Qualifications:



  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Five years plus fire and security alarm troubleshooting and programming
  • Customer service experience
  • Available to work OT
  • L5 license preferred
  • Valid drivers license and acceptable driving record


Preferred Qualifications:


  • Connecticut Alarm License preferred
