The position offers a unique opportunity to be part of a market leading practice providing comprehensive real estate support to energy, natural resources, digital infrastructure and other large-scale infrastructure project financings, acquisitions, sales, and restructurings. Key qualifications include experience conducting and managing all phases of real property diligence (including title review), negotiating and facilitating post-closing deliverables, and the drafting/preparation of purchase agreements, security instruments, leases and ancillary agreements.
