Job Summary:

The Department of Urology at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health (SMPH) in Madison, Wisconsin seeks a fellowship-trained urologic oncologist to provide state-of-the art patient care while advancing the field of urology and training the next generation of physicians. Madison, the capital city of Wisconsin, is situated on several scenic lakes, and is frequently cited as one of the best cities in which to live. Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will teach medical students, residents, and fellows.
The successful applicant will participate in administrative and committee work to support the clinical and scholarly missions of UW Health and the School of Medicine and Public Health. An essential part of these duties will be working in a collegial relationship with other faculty members.

Qualifications:

Completion of Urology Residency; Completion of Urologic Oncology Fellowship. Candidates must have a strong history of academic accomplishment and be able to meet requirements for appointment or promotion on the UW-Madison Tenure Track.


License/Certification:

Required
MD - Physician - State Licensure
Must have or be eligible for a Wisconsin Medical License; Must have board certification or board eligibility in Urology through the American Board of Urology; Must be eligible for enrollment as a UW Health billing provider and all necessary hospital privileges.

It is anticipated this position requires work be performed in-person, onsite, at a designated campus work location.
