JOB SUMMARY:

The Business Analyst III is a key contributor to the strategic business objectives of the Revenue Cycle. Under the leadership of the Revenue Cycle Strategy Manager, the Business Analyst is responsible for reporting writing, process performance improvement and developing automation both within Epic and using 3^rd party software to drive efficiency in the Revenue Cycle.

SKILLS/CERT/LICENSES:

Strong knowledge of SQL.

Possesses the ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.

Analytical, organizational, emotional intelligence and strategic thinking skills.

A team player who is approachable and collaborative.

Attentive to detail with exemplary follow-through skills.

Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Preferred: Experience with EPIC Revenue Cycle applications or other relevant software and technology.

Experience with Python (programming language) development.

EDUCATION:

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Health Administration, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering or related field.

Preferred: Master's Degree in business, Health Administration, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering or related field.

EXPERIENCE:

3 years' of experience in Revenue Cycle analysis, finance, consulting or industrial engineering.
