In the role of Project Manager, we'll count on you to: Support business development by attending client meetings, conducting presentations, crafting project proposals and participating in interviews. A seller-doer role. Direct and coordinate work of multidiscipline teams throughout the project's lifecycle (from development and initiation to close-out) Responsible for all aspects of complex small to medium projects or routine large projects Produce and coordinate several small to medium projects concurrently Establish and maintain client relations, and be involved with marketing, contractual, design and production meetings Conduct work sessions for deliverable development in conjunction with other staff and stakeholders Coordinate staffing and workload through entire project life cycle, and ensure completion of deliverables on schedule Participate in reviews with various governing agencies for compliance Track financial aspects of projects, and coordinate and adjust work effort with team to ensure that work is completed within parameters of agreed-to budget and schedule Work with Business/Accounting Manager or Project Controller and Department Manager for project reviews and with company management as needed Implement QA/QC procedures Perform other duties as needed Preferred Qualifications Experience and/or interest in sustainable design/LEED PMP certification Familiarity with any of the following market sectors: Technology, Media, Telecom & Data, Data Centers, Hospitality, Finance, Aerospace and Entertainment. #LI-BM1 Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering 7 years related experience A minimum 2 years project management experience Professional Engineer (PE) license MS Office and MS Project experience is required (Access experience would be plus) Demonstrated leadership skills An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must What We Believe HDR is our company. Typical starting pay range for this position is $123,000 - $175,999 annually depending upon skills, experience, education, and geographical location.
