Overview
Performs cardiac-interventional and vascular-interventional procedures. Scrubs, circulates and monitors procedures. Operates fluoroscopic equipment, acquires and processes digital images. May be required to alternate shifts, weekends, holidays, call, flexible hours and overtime as necessary to provide quality patient care at assigned sites(s). Works as part of a multidisciplinary team, serving on committees and participating in projects as requested. Responsibilities ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE Graduate of an accredited radiography program or equivalent training/education program for required certification/licensure CERTIFICATION/LICENSURE Board certified ARRT (or eligible, must pass boards within 6 months) or Licensed EMT-P BLS required ACLS required at hire or within six months of hire PALS required at hire or within one year of hire ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS Passing the Driver's License Check and/or Credit Check (for those positions requiring). Passing the WI Caregiver Background Check and/or IL Health Care Workers Background Check. Must be able to follow written/oral instructions. OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES Must be able to take call as needed. WORK ENVIRONMENT While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts; fumes or airborne particles and risk of radiation. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Occupational Exposure: Category A - All partners in the specified job classification have occupational exposure.
