About the Role The Fleet Maintenance Manager will provide leadership and direction to the engineering staff, operating to the highest standards, in achieving vessel on-time arrival. This includes achieving efficient and thorough execution of fleet maintenance and repairs, strict adherence to company safety policies, full compliance with regulatory and class rules, effective cost control, and effective personnel management. What you'll do: The Fleet Maintenance Manager reports to the Director of Engineering. The position is responsible for the management and oversight of all aspects of vessel maintenance and repair (M&R) of the vessels, including safety, financial, accounting, engineering, and personnel management, including the following: Operational Management
Financial Management
Vessel Maintenance and Compliance
Reporting and Communication
You have these skills: The incumbent is expected to have specific knowledge, training, and experience in all aspects of marine maintenance and repair including shipyard experience.

Physical Requirements:
The annual salary range for this position in California and Washington is $122,200 -$177,160. The salary offered will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations.
